About us
ClubGenie was born from a drive to improve Club Administration and Staff Management by two passionate Gymnastics Coaches. ClubGenie takes care of your clubs staff information management whilst providing a safe and secure platform to log any welfare issues such as incidents, accidents, safeguarding and parent communication.
Why we started
Working in a club setting, we could see how much administration is involved in the running of a sports club.
We developed this administrative aid with a team of coaches with 40years experience in running a gymnastics club.
We still coach at the same club and currently use our system day to day. This means that we know it is robust, functional and has made our coaching time more focused on the teaching rather than the admin that comes with it.
